You Have Been Watching

Fresh from his success at the RTS Programme and British Comedy Awards, the acerbic Charlie Brooker returns to host a new series of You Have Been Watching - the corrosive comedy quiz show which reviews the weird and wonderful world that is television.

Each week, Charlie will leave the comfort of his sofa to invite three funny and discerning guests to join him in shouting and shaking his fist at the world of television in all its diverse glory. They’ll give their take on an array of TV clips presented for their delectation and dissection. In the spirit of competition, they’ll be answering questions about them too.

You Have Been Watching will absorb the highs and lows of television from here in the UK and from around the world. It will point and laugh at the shows that command the biggest following but perhaps shouldn’t, whilst also championing all that is truly great about television and unearthing some hidden gems that do deserve a wider audience.

In addition to looking at topical TV from each week, in special episodes Charlie and his guests will also scrutinize the worlds of Kids TV, The Best of TV B*stards and Crime Television.
